RETURN POLICY

Refund Policy

For online orders, we will refund the value of your returned item(s) to the account/ credit card used for purchase.

Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge, or any damage caused by the user.
  • Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.
  • There may be a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
  • In case you received a freebie along with your product, upon refund the price of freebie will be deducted, if you do not handover the full order.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers in every possible way, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if they wish to by emailing us at help@myhoppup.com or calling us at 9354256077.

 

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement can be made if the customer claims that the product delivered is defective or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the products. 
  • Report the same to our customer service team by emailing us at help@myhoppup.com or calling us at 9354256077.
  • In case of any product defect coming up within the first 10 days of the invoice date then the product may be replaced on the basis of the nature of the problem, however, if the defect is minor then the product will be sent for repair. 
  • Any product defect notified after 10 days of the invoice will not be eligible for a replacement. 
  • A product will not be replaced if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge, or any damage caused by the user. 
  • The customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service centre and the charges will be borne by the customer itself, however, while the product is sent back to the customer the charges will be borne by the merchant.

Shipping Policy

We are always committed to delivering your order on time. Below are some more shipping related points:

  • We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 1 working day of the order date. However, in some cases, it takes longer, up to 5 or more working days.
  • Orders are shipped out on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of the payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall do so by placing multiple orders.
  • Please note, all the orders placed on the HOPPUP website are shipped with an invoice. In case, the same is not received, you may inform us by mailing at help@myhoppup.com or calling us at 9354256077 mentioning your order reference number.
