Share your order id and channel of order with us at help@myhoppup.com . We will surely help you out.

You order details may have not been captured with us. The amount will be refunded to your account in the next 5-7 days.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the package. We will refund the value of your returned items within 30 days upon receiving the return package.

If the order that you have received is damaged/missing, then immediately call us on 9354256077 and we will definitely help you.

An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account on the website by clicking “Track your Order” at the top right corner.

If you are an existing user you can simply log in to your account and track your current and past order details. However, if you haven’t made an account and have signed in as a guest user – we advise you to create your account with the same guest user mail id.

Yes, we do. All orders of ₹500 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of ₹50 is applied on orders below ₹500.
